Today was a good Sunday...peaceful and relaxing. We had family come and visit us at the hospital and we had a good time just being with Liam.
Dustin and I decided to go with the NG tube for Liam when we go home. And to clarify, it is not something we have to take in and out every time we feed, thank goodness. They put in a tube at the hospital before we leave, and we will only have to re-insert it if it comes out. The neo-natologist said we could probably go home by the end of the week as long as Liam is consistently gaining weight - He weighs 6 lbs. 13 oz. right now and has to gain at least 1/2 to 1 oz. per day. I am so excited that going home is finally on the horizon!
