We are home! We had a great night last night. Whenever they moved us, they never turned Liams oxygen back on...by mistake. His sats were just fine and the nurse just said to leave it off and see how he does. Of course he did great!
Liam had his echo done this morning (and fellow heart moms don't hate me, but he actually slept through it!) and everything looked good so the cardiologist on call let us go. Yay!
The only med he is on right now is lasix which will be only for the next few weeks.
Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers!
Wow!!! That is such great news!! Liam is such a strong little man. I'm so glad that everything went so well and your stay was short. :)
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are home! What a speedy recovery! Enjoy your time at home. Praying that things continue to go well for Liam.

ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you are home and that he never needed the oxygen back on. Yay for sleeping through the echo!!! (Eli always use to sleep through them.)
ReplyDeleteGreat news! I've been following since right before his surgery. I am glad that things went so well and that you are all back at home! (And yes...I'm a little envious that he slept through the echo!)
